This proposed amendment would eliminate the requirement that those with valid handicapped parking permits must pay for metered parking spaces, consistent with current law. It also eliminates reference to outdated rules and clearly refers faculty cases to the Dean of the Faculties and other personnel cases to the Assistant Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
