Summary of Changes:
- Section I. B. Definitions: Updated the definition of Traveler to allow student recruitment. Change was requested by the Provost's office and is consistent with other SUS/AAU schools.
- Section II. P. Charter Aircraft Service: Updated charter aircraft policy due to recent acquisitions.
