Notice Period: Summary of Changes:This amendment substantially revises the provisions governing reported student complaints and appeals across campus.

Notice Period: Summary of Changes:The amendment strengthens deadline for compliance or seeking waiver of insurance requirement and limits waivers to domestic students.

Notice Period: Purpose:To establish and maintain a framework by which the University authorizes signature authority.

4-OP-2-D-C Payables & Disbursements (Amendment)
Notice Period: Purpose:To establish the university’s policy for the timely and proper disbursement of funds for goods, services, and reimbursements consistent with the law, Board of Trustees authority, and fiduciary responsibility.
Summary of Changes:This revision removes procedural and operational details from the existing policy to preserve its focus on core principles, authorities, and requirements.

4-OP-C-7-E1.2 Compensatory Leave and Holiday (Amendment)
Notice Period: Purpose:This policy provides details of university holidays and guidance in the accrual and use of compensatory leave for USPS, A&P, and AEX employees.
Summary of Changes:The updates include the addition of a federal holiday. It also incorporates changes to align with the compensatory leave guidelines outlined in the updated version of the Essential Personnel Designation & Compensation policy.

4-OP-E-5 Emergency Management (Amendment)
Notice Period: Purpose:To establish and maintain a framework by which the University prepares for, responds to, recovers from, and mitigates against the effects of a wide range of emergencies and disasters, and establishes a designated Emergency Management Section within the Florida State University Public Safety Department that is empowered with the authority to administer the Emergency Management Program.
Summary of Changes:This revision incorporates criteria required by the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP); corrects the titles of university officials accountable for emergency management; succession of authority due to an official's absence or unavailability; terminology used to describe command and control; post-incident analysis and corrective action requirements.

Notice Period: Summary of Changes:This regulation content has long been superseded and replaced by other current procedures and requirements. This does not require a regulation.

Notice Period: Summary of Changes:This substantial revision brings the policy in compliance with current Federal policies and procedures.
FSU-2.009 Parking and Traffic (Amendment)
Notice Period: Summary of Changes:On page 15, paragraph (2)(i) is amended to include large stadium events, not just football games, as events where vehicles must temporarily move in certain lots or be subject to towing.
FSU-4.0015 Attendance and Leave, Hours of Work Requirements (Amendment)
Notice Period: Summary of Changes:This is a minor regulation update to allow certain A&P exempt employees to earn compensatory leave while working during an emergency closure.
